My Top 3 shades to wear this summer (SS17)

If you know me well you know one thing - I'm obsessed with sunglasses. Good designer sunglasses can elevate the look in a matter of seconds, that has been proven numerous times.

There are dozens of shades coming out this summer, but which ones are really worth your time and money? Today I present to you my pick of top three sunnies to rock under the sun this summer.

1.Oversized shield sunglasses by Chanel.

These shades are for those who really like to stand out from the crowd. Massive and reflective with  vertical Chanel columns falling down. The font was obviously inspired by the iconic movie franchise  of the 2000s "The Matrix". Fits perfectly with Chanel's "Future" theme. I consider these sunglasses to ultimately be an upgrade from the SS16 (Chanel Airlines collection) shield visors. This version is bigger, has a new dark blue color way, added Chanel logo and chunkier temples.

2. Oversized square sunglasses by Fendi.

Karl Lagerfeld gets quite playful when it comes to Fendi. These oversized sunnies feature a beautiful gradient in lenses, in many different color ways. The one I liked the most was gradient from swamp green to peach pink. But its details that literally shine here. These sunglasses feature tinted glass stones on the edges accentuating the beautiful shape of the item.

3. Teardrop aviator visors by Dior.

Dior is currently rocking the fashion world with their sunglasses. From the iconic split aviators to the futuristic collaboration with Rihanna. With the arrival of Maria Chiuri Grazia a new chapter in the brand's history was opened, with it a new shape of sunglasses was born. Grazia did something I personally always dreamed of - combined two styles (Aviator and Shield). The new shape is a teardrop aviator with a merged bridge. The platinum silver frame rim and little star in the centre of the bridge give a nice futuristic finish.
